Varsity Cross Country Week of 6/13 Schedule

Hey CC Falcons! I hope your summer is off to a great start! Just a reminder that, beginning this week, we will hold optional team workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00–9:00 AM. Our June workouts are optional, as this month focuses on building a strong aerobic base. That said, I need to get my own training in, so we might as well do it together, a couple of times a week. Throughout June, we'll be following my workout schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This week's team workout plan: 3-mile run, run/walk, or walk — complete the distance however you need to. After the run, we'll head into the gym for our strength workout. The goal right now is to be consistent and start building fitness for the season ahead. Looking forward to seeing everyone this week!
