North Vermillion

North Vermillion is pleased to announce that we have hired Mr. Wade Statzer as our next Head Girls Basketball coach. Statzer comes to North Vermillion with a wide range of experience, from multiple middle school level teams, high school, and a collegiate stop at Johnson University in Tennessee where he served as the #1 Assistant for their Women's basketball team. Statzer takes over the Lady Falcons replacing Mark Switzer, who guided North Vermillion for the last 6 years accumulating a 98-55 record with 2 Sectional Championships and 4 appearances in the title game. "It is an honor for me to be joining the North Vermillion community. There is already a great culture in place for the girls basketball program, and I am excited to continue that long-standing tradition. I am working everyday to ensure our student-athletes will have a fantastic experience playing basketball and growing as people."
